-Fixed The Wither's dying explosion to explode where it ends up (Not where it originally died)
-Added the Evolved Wither Skeleton
-Added the Supercharged Wither Skeleton (Both mobs are not in effect yet and cannot spawn without Creative Mode)
-Fixed the second round of Boss Music
-Buffed The Wither (First Stage)'s armor (0 --> 2)
-For mods that allow for random health for mobs, The Wither's Final Stage will only take effect if it's health is below 50% (It used to be whenever it hit 300 hp)
-GeckoLib was added to the Required Dependencies
