Fix Turkish OS language making the mod not load (THX to MiniMaxi)

Upgrading an alloying factory with a tier installer (e.g. basic → advanced) kept the new block but dropped everything inside it: installed speed/energy upgrades, input/output items and progress. (THX to Knozyy)

Four new alloying factories when Mekanism Extras is installed: mekanism_extras:absolute_alloying_factory, supreme_…, cosmic_… and infinite_… (11 / 13 / 15 / 17 processes). They behave exactly like Extras' own absolute+ combining factory (THX to Knozyy)

When Mekanism Extras is installed, the alloyer and the basic → ultimate alloying factories accept Extras' creative upgrade. With it installed the machine uses no energy and finishes an operation every tick, the same behaviour as Extras' own machines. (THX to Knozyy)
