Tired of seeing same zombies and skellies all the time? Then you came to the right place! Evil Monsters Bestiary is a mod which adds 20ish new wonderful creatures, most of them are agressive.

ABOUT:

Vanilla friendly, nothing too op, mobs usually drop (mostly) useful vanilla loot
Aims to cover across three vanilla dimensions, water and caves
Aims to add creatures not seen before in other mods
Should work with many modded biomes and even dimensions
New status effects and interactions to make monsters stand out
Uses the awesome Geckolib for animations!

CREATURES:

OVERWORLD

Centaur. A mythical hybrid creature between horse and human. Can be spotted roaming open spaces in small groups. Neutral, but will stand for themselves.
Troll. there are 3 different types - Forest Troll which can be found in forests, obviously, Ice Troll who can be found at higher places with negative temperature, and Cave Troll which can be found deeper in caves.
Sand Guardian. Can be found in deserts, they love to disguise themselves as statues, until someone approaches them.
Genie. Can rarely be found in deserts. Neutral, will apply a random beneficial buff for 30 seconds to any creature in a small area around himself.
Basilisk. A mythological venomous reptile which can be found in swamps.
Angel. Can be VERY rarely spotted at higher places, under open sky. Got Aura of healing which applies regeneration to any creature in a small radius, except undead...will also attack undead on sight. Will exchange nether stars for a good amount of XP. Has a chance to strike the attacker back on hit with a lightning bolt.
- Crysalith. A tough hulking crystalline elemental. Can be found near amethyst geodes.
Troglodyte. A small and weak humanoid which lives in caves. Are too scared to attack, but will defend themselves.
Aspid. A horrible venomous arachnid which lives in caves, with infernal variation living in crimson and warped forests.
Giant Jellyfish. Can be found in oceans. Is neutral but will apply poison when rubbed against.
Sea Stalker. A big and mean carvnivorous fish.

NETHER

Modeus. A flying demon mage which will shoot fireballs.
Cerberus. A three headed hound which is supposed to guard the gates of hell.
Succubus. A charming seductress demon which will apply Charm status effect, which will cause some attacks to miss periodically.
Efreet. A fiery evil spirit which spawns near lava. Fire shield will always ignite on hit, as well as when being hit.
Dread Knight. An armored knight which can be found near nether fortresses.
Pit Fiend. Big, angry and fierce demon which can rarely be spotted near nether fortresses. Will apply debuff on hit, which will damage armor. Explodes on death.

END
Ender Slime. A purple ender slime.
Nightmare. A small and nasty formless monster, not particularly strong.
Garite. A flying void crystal, neutral, but will shoot painful void bolts if attacked.
