Evil Eye – EvilCraft Addon

Evil Eye – EvilCraft Addon adds a Curios monocle that controls Vengeance Spirits. Spirits only spawn near players who choose to wear the Evil Eye, keeping the chaos opt-in instead of server-wide. It introduces a dedicated Monocle curio slot.
