ADDITIONS

  1. Added a new Capability to the Player, the Stamina Capability.
  2. Stamina Depletes while sprinting or casting Jutsu ONLY if the player is in Creative Mode
  3. Jutsu Casting and Chakra Regen and depletion and Stamina Regen and Depletion Only Happen if the Player is in Creative Mode
  4. If the Player doesn't have enough Stamina, they can't sprint or Cast Just
  5. Added a New HUD layer to draw the Stamina.
