New update for Minecraft 1.16.5.

Added:
- Added Starfall TNT
  - Launches into the sky before activating
  - Spawns 50 waves of falling stars
  - Different wave sizes and explosion radiuses
  - New explosion and particle effects

- Added TNT Cannon
  - Shoots TNT forward

- Added Cluster TNT Cannon
  - Shoots 3 TNT at once: left, middle and right

- Added Mini TNT
  - Smaller version of normal TNT
  - 1 TNT can be crafted into 4 Mini TNT

- Starfall TNT
- TNT Cannon
- Cluster TNT Cannon
- Mini TNT

Other
- Added new Starfall TNT effects
