What's new

Additions:
-the glowing wand now has particle effects
Changes:
-the glowing wand's effect was changed - now it makes all entities in 20 block radius around the hit location glow for 20 seconds
-glowing wand's cooldown was increased up to 20 seconds
-amethyst, diamond and emerald staff have gained lower cooldown and their projectiles have a higher kinetic energy
-lowered the non-biome related structures spawnrate as they were too common
Bugfixes:
-fixed the custom blocks being very hard to mine
-fixed the ancient chest being mineable by pickaxe instead of axe
