New Ways to Obtain Lapis Lazuli!

This mod adds new and more convenient ways to obtain Lapis Lazuli, giving players more options instead of having to rely solely on mining.

Crafting Lapis Lazuli
Players will be able to craft Lapis Lazuli using a dedicated crafting recipe. This makes Lapis easier to obtain when mining is not an option or when the caves decide to give you everything except the one resource you actually need.

Lapis Lazuli Enchantment
A new enchantment will also be added that gives players a 25% chance to obtain 1 Lapis Lazuli whenever they break any block.

This means that with the enchantment equipped, almost any block can potentially reward you with Lapis. Whether you're mining stone, chopping wood, or just destroying your house for absolutely no reason, you might get some Lapis out of it.

The goal of these additions is to provide alternative ways of obtaining Lapis Lazuli while keeping the mechanics simple, useful, and balanced.
