Block Changes

Resonite Energy System
Resonite Energy (RE) is a new power system designed specifically for Ethereal Machinery.
Rather than machines directly consuming individual fuel items while operating, compatible machines now contain an internal RE battery. Fuel inserted into a machine is converted into Resonite Energy and stored for later use.
- Redstone Dust: 25 RE
- Resonite Powder: 100 RE
- Compatible Ethereal Machines can store up to 1,000 RE.
- Stored RE remains inside the machine until it is needed.
- Machines do not consume RE while idle.
- Energy is only consumed when the machine successfully performs work.
This allows players to fuel Ethereal Machinery ahead of time rather than continuously supplying fuel during operation.
Machine Energy Usage
- Elemental Infuser
- Uses 25 RE per infusion.
- Now stores RE internally instead of directly consuming Redstone during each operation.
- Ethereal Charging Station
- Uses stored RE to repair compatible equipment.
- 1 RE restores 5 durability.
- Repairing automatically stops when the item is fully repaired or the machine runs out of energy.
- Uses stored RE to repair compatible equipment.
- Ethereal Autohammer
- Uses 10 RE per operation.
- Automatically processes Etherion, Arcanite, and Ultrinium Ingots into Sheets.
- Each operation takes approximately 2 seconds.
- Designed as the more efficient automated alternative to manual sheet forging.
- Each operation takes approximately 2 seconds.
Resonite serves as the primary fuel for this new system, while Redstone remains usable as a less energy-dense alternative.
The Resonite Energy System establishes the foundation for a larger Ethereal Machinery ecosystem planned throughout Etherion Expansion 3.
GUI Changes
- Overhauled the Elemental Infuser (EI), Ethereal Charging Station (ECS), and Ethereal Autohammer (EAH) GUIs.
- Added dedicated RE storage meters to supported machinery.
- Updated machine interfaces for improved practicality and integration with the new Resonite Energy System.
- Added a visual repair progress indicator to the Ethereal Charging Station.
- Added new directional infusion progress indicators to the Elemental Infuser.
- Energy now visually progresses inward from all four ingredient slots toward the central output.
- The final energy points pulse as an infusion approaches completion.
- Added processing feedback to the Ethereal Autohammer.

- Serves as a concentrated fuel source for Ethereal Machinery.
- Provides 100 RE when consumed by a compatible machine.
- Redstone Dust can also be used as an alternative fuel source, providing 25 RE.

These changes are intended to ease progression and reduce the difficulty of obtaining equipment, while giving Ethereal Machinery a larger role in material processing.
Forging & Sheet Changes
- Ethereal Forging Hammer
- Now produces 2 Sheets instead of 4 from Etherion, Arcanite, and Ultrinium Ingots.
- Ethereal Autohammer
- Produces 4 Sheets from Etherion, Arcanite, and Ultrinium Ingots.
- Requires 10 RE per operation.
- Processes one ingot approximately every 2 seconds.
- Produces 4 Sheets from Etherion, Arcanite, and Ultrinium Ingots.
This establishes two methods of sheet production:
Manual Forging → 1 Ingot = 2 Sheets
Ethereal Autohammer → 1 Ingot = 4 Sheets
The EAH therefore rewards investment in Ethereal Machinery and Resonite infrastructure with substantially improved material efficiency.

- Can now use either Calcite or Diorite.

Snapshot Highlights
Beta 0.6.0 — Etherion Expansion 3: Snapshot 1 begins a major expansion of Etherion's technological progression with the introduction of Ethereal Machinery and Resonite Energy.
Resonite Energy creates a unified power system for Etherion's machines, replacing isolated fuel mechanics with persistent internal energy storage. The Elemental Infuser and Ethereal Charging Station have been rebuilt around the system, while the new Ethereal Autohammer introduces automated and more efficient material processing.
Together with the overhaul of Etherion, Arcanite, and Ultrinium recipes around metal Sheets, Snapshot 1 establishes the foundation for a much larger machinery and automation system coming throughout Etherion Expansion 3.
