This only does one thing use the Encrypting and Decrypting Library I build called Etherian to Encrypt and Decrypt chat message (basically message to other players) with the /Encrypt and /Decrypt commands

commands made are /Encrypt <player> <message> and /Decrypt <message>

this was made for cryptography fun and needs to be on the server and client to work
