Most of the changes withing EO were a rewrite of certain areas to make things much easier and more readable over the code, but we didn't forgot to add MOAR stuff hehe...

|=Balance, Fixes and Sorts=|
- Nerfed the amount of {material} raw ores (1 - 2  | 1 - 3)
- Changed some ingot and raw material textures
- Added smelting and blasting recipes for {material} raw ore block and ore blocks (I suggest you use the blasting furnaces for these)
- Added a new set of tags for Items and Blocks
- Added Missing tags for certain Items
- Tweaked the graphite recipe {coal dust = graphite dust) to prevent the infamous issue where the furnaces cooked our precious coal into graphite...
- Added a set of recipes to turn {rods | plates} into their dusts aka Deconstruction recipes! (these ones were already on prev versions, but didn't added all of 'em...)
- Fixed hammers and gem cutter tags
