Removed Plutonium ore gen
Nerfed Ore gen
Tweaked the amount of ore blocks that spawn per vein (Old - 12 | New - 9) (Some took little adjustments, but for most its 9)
Tweaked the amount of veins that spawn per chunk (Old - 16 | New - 10)
New Config was supposed to be within this update, but need to take a closer look at it
Plutonium Textures will remain for a while
Removed old Config.java (shouldn't cause any issue, but make sure to delete the old .toml file over configs/ to prevent any problem)
Fixed incorrect tags
Added lang for Britannia Silver Items (forgot to add them lmao)
