Just a small mod for Minecraft 1.12.2 with some tweaks and fixes issues I've encountered while developing my expert modpack, Eternal Confluence.
This mod was made with AI assistance under my guidance. You're free to check the code, alter it, or use it however you like under the MIT license.
I've tested the fixes against their intended behaviour. I will continue testing the changes as I test and develop Eternal Confluence.
The mod is designed to be modular. You do not need all of the listed mods installed. Each fix is configurable, and fixes for mods that aren't installed simply have no effect. The config generates automatically on first startup.
The fixes/tweaks:
-
Corail Tombstone — Makes mobs from Lycanites Mobs, Electroblob's Wizardry, Ancient Spellcraft, and ToroQuest ignore players affected by Ghostly Shape.
-
Lycanites Mobs — Prevents Lycanites mobs from performing melee attacks through walls and other solid obstacles.
-
MoreChids — Fixes a startup crash when MoreChids generates custom Orechid flowers.
-
Roots — Fixes Wildwood disappearing instead of correctly converting to Runed Wildwood.
-
Blood Arsenal — Fixes compressed slate variants having incorrect names and crafting behaviour.
-
Waystones — Lets you adjust how likely Waystones are to be selected during village generation.
-
Witchery Villages + ToroQuest — Adds two independently configurable fixes. Village walls expand to fit around ToroQuest buildings, and Witchery guards inside ToroQuest Provinces are replaced with ToroQuest guards belonging to that Province so ToroQuest's crime and reputation mechanics apply. Witchery guards are prevented from spawning in Provinces without a Lord.
-
Astral Sorcery — A tweak that lets you set how much total experience is needed for each Astral Sorcery perk level using a custom formula in the config.
-
Nutrition UEL + Spice of Life — Fixes missing nutrition gains when eating the last serving of a food from a lunchbox or lunchbag.
-
Vanilla Food Pantry + AppleCore — Fixes VFP's multi-use foods, such as breads, sandwiches, and pies, removing hunger and saturation when your hunger is modded above 20. Foods restore hunger correctly using your increased hunger limit.
-
Vanilla Food Pantry + AppleCore + Spice of Life: Carrot Edition — Prevents eating VFP food from making your “tasted foods” count and bonus hearts incorrectly drop or jump.
-
Minecraft saturation safeguard — Resets negative player saturation to zero on the client and server. Positive saturation, including values above 20, is preserved.
-
Scaling Feast — Prevents the saturation bar from crashing the game when saturation is negative. The affected bar is temporarily hidden until saturation returns to normal.
-
Cooking for Blockheads - Adds a sort button to the Cooking Book and Cooking Table recipe browser. It places craftable outputs first and outputs currently missing tools last.
