Adds some glowing concrete variants as well as a dimension of bridges that generate randomly. Use black glowing concrete to make a portal.
Use the bridge inhibitor to stop all bridges from generating, to restart generation enable bridge generation with the inhibitor and load any unloaded bridge origins or place down an origin.
*Bridges don't generate on chunk generation, instead they generate on update ticks, meaning they can turn around and generate into old chunks*
Also the photo shows how bridges will generate if the inhibitor isnt used and the chunks are loaded for a while.
