Et Futurum Requiem

This update removes sounds from the jar entirely, they are now downloaded from Mojang's servers, or if you already downloaded versions that have these sounds, those are used instead.

Fixes #92, granite/diorite/andesite recipes are corrected

Fixes the asset downloading not working for some users

Added Pigstep and Otherside. The former is found in Nether Fortress chests rarely, while the latter is found in stronghold corridor and dungeon chests rarely.
