Estus Flask:

• A heal potion that fills up your HP
• Can be repleished at a campfire/soul campfire
• You cannot carry more than 1 flask at once
• Can be traded with Cleric or Wanderer Merchant

Estus Shard:

• Can be obtained in Overworld structures chests
• It is used to upgrade your Estus Flask charges number

Fire Keeper Soul:

• Can be obtained rarely in Overworld structures and in the Nether more easily
• It is used to upgrade your Estus Flask healing capacities
