+Added alternative candle lilypad recipe using candles

*Circuits now emit strong redstone signals, bringing them in line with vanilla repeaters and comparators. However, if the signal between circuits is transmitted through a block, that does make it act like a vanilla redstone signal between them- it still needs to be a direct circuit connection to avoid value rounding/capping.

*Changed multi piston recipe to use iron instead of tin/gold, making is significantly cheaper
*Multi piston no longer conducts redstone signals (now matches vanilla piston)
*Fixed suffocating in multi piston base
*Fixed sticky multi piston convenience recipe using the wrong input ingredient

*Added temporary tag for copper ingots, because Forge still hasn't added one. Fixes broken recipe
*Hopefully made the brazier particles look less weird. Braziers no longer emit particles on minimal particles settings.

*Fixed slotted chests ignoring NBT under certain circumstances
