What's new

- added a 0.5 cooldown for all staffs
- fixed fire staff making arrow sounds on contact with blocks
- fixed fire staff burning the player if they were running forward
- shortened projectile life spans
- decreased the amount of essence in chests. there wont be a guarantee essence in every dungeon chest now
- renamed all textures for resource pack ease
