3D LONG RANGE AUDIO RESOLUTION (A* LORAR)

Sounds converted to MONO!!! Why??? Well the positioned sound instances in Minecraft require Mono sounds in order to spatialize. Remember before you heard gunshots always in 2 ears because of stereo? Well now things are properly spatialized. Also I reduced amplitude from 1.0 to 0.75 and adjusted the sound profiles on the server so it is wayy better 3D audio. Cheers!
