This is a proprietary licence. It is not an open-source licence.

1. Scope

"Software" means the code, original assets, documentation, and release files
distributed with this licence, but only to the extent that Oliver owns the
applicable copyright or other rights.

"Product name" means the name shown in the Software's included mod or pack
metadata.

Material that Oliver does not own is not covered by this licence. If an
official source or release distribution includes separately licensed material,
the applicable terms are identified in its own licence or attribution notice.
This safeguard does not mean that any particular optional component is included.

2. Permission to use

You may download, install, and run an unmodified official release of the
Software for personal, non-commercial use.

You may show gameplay, screenshots, reviews, or videos made using an
unmodified official release. Where the use is public, provide reasonable
attribution in the description, credits, or another clearly associated place:

Private play does not require a public attribution notice. Ordinary game
configuration and the use of separate compatible mods or resource packs do
not modify the Software.

3. Free modpacks

You may include an exact, unmodified official release of the Software in a
modpack only when all of the following are true:

- the modpack is free to download and use;
- no payment, subscription, donation, or paid early access is required to
  obtain the Software;
- this licence and any separate licence or attribution notices remain intact;
- the modpack credits the product as described in section 2; and
- the modpack links to an official distribution page when reasonably possible.

This permission does not allow a standalone mirror or re-host of the Software.

4. Prohibited uses

Without Oliver's prior written permission, you may not:

- sell, rent, sublicense, or charge for the Software or access to it;
- bundle the Software with any paid product, service, download, or paid early
  access offering;
- modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative
  works from the Software, except where applicable law does not permit that
  restriction;
- distribute a modified version or derivative work;
- copy code, textures, models, audio, branding, or other assets into another
  project; or
- remove or obscure copyright, attribution, or licence notices.

Monetised gameplay videos and livestreams are not treated as a sale of the
Software, provided they do not distribute the Software or its assets and the
public attribution requirement in section 2 is followed.

5. Additional permission

Any use not expressly permitted above requires Oliver's prior written
permission. Permission for one person, project, or release does not grant the
same permission to anyone else.

6. Termination

Your permission under this licence ends automatically if you breach its terms.
If you stop the breach and remove every unauthorised copy within 30 days of
becoming aware of it, Oliver may choose to reinstate permission in writing.

7. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OLIVER
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR
ITS USE.
