New Tweaks:
-Added a config entry to allow chosen entities to spawn with 'scared' AI (similar to Ocelots), as well as tweak the speed and range of this behavior.
-Added a few configs to handle extra/alternative saturation-to-health regeneration, mainly for use with naturalRegeneration turned off.
