v1.7.0 - The Alchemist's Codex now ships on 26.2

Feature release for Minecraft 26.2. Vellumli 1.2.0 or newer is now a required dependency.

Added

• The in-game guide book is available on 26.2. Every player receives the Alchemist's Codex the first time they log in, and it can also be crafted from a book and a pile of low covalence dust. The book has ten categories and sixty-six entries covering EMC and transmutation, EMC generation, matter, tools and weapons, gem and matter armour, rings and amulets, utilities, controls and the server configuration — including a full reference of the [balance] section that arrived in 1.6.9. It is handed out only once per player, tracked in persisted NBT so it survives death and dimension changes, and it is dropped at the player's feet rather than lost if their inventory happens to be full.
• docs/analisis/ is now in the 26.2 branch — the item, block, mechanics and balance analysis, so the reasoning behind the survival balance is documented next to the code that implements it.

Changed

• Vellumli is a required dependency, declared in neoforge.mods.toml as [1.2.0,) and marked as a required relation on CurseForge, exactly as the 1.21.1 line already has it. Vellumli is the team's own maintained fork of Patchouli. This is the only new dependency and nothing else about the mod's requirements changed.
• The guide generator no longer claims the book and the balance system are 1.21.1-only. Both statements were true when they were written and stopped being true when 1.6.9 brought the balance system to 26.2. The same fix lands in the 1.21.1 generator.

Notes

Existing players receive the book on their next login — there is no command and nothing to migrate. If you are updating an existing world, the book is only given when the player logs in, not retroactively to items already in storage.

The book uses the same Vellumli book definition, page schema and content as the 1.21.1 line; the generator produces a byte-identical book for both branches. It has not been opened in game on 26.2 yet, so treat the rendering of the crafting pages as unverified — Vellumli moved to Minecraft's new recipe-display pipeline in this version.
