Epicfight integration

• Divides the requirement of noraml attack and skill use.(In earlier version, it doesn't work casued by technical issue, but now it has been archived by some logic)

Now players are unable to use light attack when they didn't meet the requirement of pmmo combat requirement and won't be able to use skills if they didn't meet the requirement of pmmo and additional requirement for skills.
