Epic Weaponry: Resharpened

Disclaimer: I know I said the next update would have a lot more cool weapons, but I unfortunately deleted the original mod folder (due to anger) as mcreator was giving me a hard time. But I have gotten the inspiration to remake it from the ground up.

Anchors do slightly more damage

Withered scythe does slightly less damage and now has a chance to increase the damage of it

Soul alloys (renamed from soul sand alloy) have a more expensive recipe, requiring a wither skull

Added a brand new weapon known as the Dual Epoch

Made the ground-pounding feature of the anchor its own enchantment with two levels

Added a second level to the launching enchantment and changed the functionality of the effect
