Epic Fight - Epic Sanji Fork

This is a Official FORK of the Epic Sanji Mod by reascer

I made the fork for my modpack that ive been publishing, but curseforge being curseforge, i had to uploaded it as a Mod and of course i also have permission from reascer to publish this Mod

Everything is the exact same expect for two differneces

First being that Armement Haki does NOT has any sound cues.  Only Visual
It was very annoying

The Second is that Conqueror Haki no longer requires your stamina to be at max for it to take half of it, and instead just need half of your max stamina
Examples:

• If your Max Stamina is 15 and your currently at 13 and you activate Conqueror Haki, it would take 7.5 and leave you with 5.5
• Another Example is if your stamina is 100 and you have 35 current, it wont activate cause it would need 50
