1. Definitions
   1.1 “Work” means all files covered by this license, including source code,
        scripts, documentation, and the following protected “Assets”.
   1.2 “Assets” means original visual or audio materials supplied with the
        Work, such as textures, models, icons, UI layouts, sound effects,
        as well as any AI model weights provided by the author.
   1.3 “Direct Monetization” means charging money specifically for the
        Work or any of its Assets—e.g. paid downloads, paid modpacks,
        in-server stores, or selling extracted Assets.
   1.4 “Indirect Monetization” means earning revenue from a larger work or
        service that merely **uses** the Work (e.g. ad-supported videos,
        map entrance fees, server subscriptions) without charging for the
        Work or its Assets themselves.
   1.5 “Modified Work” means any derivative, translation, alteration, or
        merger of the Work.

2. Grant of Rights
   Provided you comply with Sections 3 and 4, the copyright holder grants
   you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to:
   a) use, copy, modify, and merge the Work;
   b) redistribute the Work or any Modified Work **free of charge**; and
   c) employ the Work in projects or services that yield Indirect
      Monetization, provided all other terms of this license are met.

3. Restrictions
   3.1 **Direct Monetization is prohibited.**
   3.2 You may not place the Work or its Assets in any paid product,
       resource store, subscription bundle, or similar offering.
   3.3 You must not remove or alter this license text or the copyright
       notice from any copy or Modified Work.
   3.4 You must not suggest that the original author provides support or
       accepts liability for any Modified Work.

4. Conditions
   4.1 Every copy or Modified Work you distribute must include the complete
       copyright notice and this license in full.
   4.2 Any Modified Work **remains subject to this license** unless you
       obtain the author’s written permission to relicense it.
   4.3 You must comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of
       service when using or distributing the Work.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
   The Work is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or
   implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability,
   fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages, or other
   liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising
   from, out of, or in connection with the Work or the use or other dealings
   in the Work. All legal risk arising from your use, modification, or
   distribution of the Work is borne solely by you.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
   This license shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction chosen by
   the author. Any dispute arising under this license shall be settled in
   the courts or arbitration forum designated by the author.
