- Bypasses cooldown restrictions, but the released spell's power is reduced by 10 * (Current Cooldown / Max Cooldown).
- If the calculated spell level falls below 0, the cast fails.
Rapid Chant

- Drastically reduces the time required to cast spells.
- Significantly extends the duration of any spell with a chanted (channeled) effect.
Hasty Casting > Weave magic without sacrificing mobility.
- Greatly increases your movement speed while in the process of casting spells.

- When your HP is above 20% of maximum, all mana costs for spells are converted into proportional HP consumption instead.

Mana Shield
