Restores and updates mobpatches, and adds a custom moveset for both weapons

Description
This mod restores original movesets from Shifu mod (which you still need for this mod to work), as well as updated some stuff such as:
- Made Shifu stronger, as well as giving him some martial arts inspired moves
- Adjusted spawning so the bandits should spawn a bit less
- Balancing of rogue bandit, so he should be a bit easier to fight
- Balancing Tung Lai, making him fairer to fight against
- Added custom movesets to both dragon and blazing fist
- Added custom innate skill to dragon fist
