Allow you to have Rapìers in game with their own attack animations for Epic Fight mod.

What's new
- Fixed dash(running) attack animations not saving the inertia of movement, now looks more fluid for normal speeds
- Fixed hitbox timings that where off by a little
- Fixed animation stutter when guarding
- Fixed minor issues with particles
- Balanced some innates
- Added Enchant level of Sharpness and SweepingEdge increase the damage of innates(as it does with autoattacks)
- Added 2 new rapiers with his tiers to the game
- Added 2 new items for rapier tier upgrades
- Added Witherite tier and Oceanite tier with his movesets
- Added new recipes for the rapiers and items
- Added new sounds for new movesets
- Added extra particles on Enderite rapier moves
- Added gui images for the new innates
- Added auto3 for Enderite, Witherite, and Oceanite rapiers
- Added Witherite and Oceanite passive
- Changed innates properties with hidden properties, now Enderite and Witherite innate has armor penetration bonus on last hit
- Changed damage and armor penetration for DeadlyBackflip and his variants (Buff on innate vs armor)
- Changed damage for the auto3, now deals 50% of the damage in the first hit and 75% on the second (Buff on autoattacks)
- Changed witherite auto3, deals 33% on the first hit and 66% on the second (to balance the wither effect)
- Changed some trails and consumption of the innates
- Changed trails on airslashes and dashes to be more accurate
- Changed stuntypes on some attacks for combat smoothness (sometimes the knockback was higher than the followup distance)
