Aquatic Pitch Combat

Aquatic Pitch Combat is a compatibility and combat-improvement mod designed to make underwater combat feel more natural when using Epic Fight.

Ever get stuck underwater in Combat Mode while a mob or boss moves above or below you, leaving you unable to properly fight back? Fret no longer. With Aquatic Pitch Combat, you can freely attack, block, and use innate skills in any direction while underwater.

Normally, underwater combat can feel awkward because the player model and attacks do not properly follow the direction you are looking vertically. Aquatic Pitch Combat improves this behavior so combat works more naturally when fighting above or below you while swimming.

  • Your character properly rotates upward and downward based on where you are looking while underwater.

This mod is intended to work alongside Epic Fight and improve its combat behavior while the player is underwater.

Why This Mod Exists

Epic Fight works extremely well for land-based combat, but Minecraft's swimming system can cause problems when attempting to fight enemies above or below the player.

Aquatic Pitch Combat was created to make underwater combat more responsive by allowing your character, targeting direction, and attacks to properly follow where you are looking.

Whether you're fighting underwater mobs, bosses, or other enemies in aquatic dimensions, combat should now feel much more natural.
