Permission-based listing limits now work for players
The permissions in max-listings-permissions and additional-listings-permissions were never registered, so EnvyGTS refused them for everyone except server operators (Unregistered permission node is attempted to be used in the log). Every other player got max-listings-per-user, whatever permissions they held. They are now registered when the server starts, so a player holding one of them gets its limit or bonus. The admin check in the trade history menu (envygts.admin) had the same problem and is fixed too.
Permissions are registered at startup, so one added to the config with /gts reload takes effect after the next restart. A warning in the log says so.
