ETech 3.0.9.0:
- Added French translation.
- Added RFT Dim Shards for nether and end
- Added Crystal Lens recipes
- Changed Void Miner Lens category to Colored Lenses category in the Lens Grinder
- Fixed Glowstone ore miner drops
- Fixed VoidMinerRecipe registry not properly receiveing drops on client.(Won't really effect anything since JEI is not implemented yet).
- Fixed crash with VoidMinerRegistry
- If min duration on void miner programs is reached through frequency modifiers it will now double in energy cost if passed instead of actually preventing the multiblock from functioning faster.
- Botania flowers are now blacklisted in the flowery void miner program.
- Changed most common ores to use preffered ores setting so that it prioritiezes thermal, mekanism, create, immersive engineering so that the miner is more consistant about what it mines by default.
- Refined a lot of drops settings to be more consistant with minecraft.

- Fixed Duration value in GUI
- Fixed Redstone being mined instead of Redstone Ore

- Added Minable Drops GUI that is accessible through the Void Miner CCU GUI's
  - This will show percentages of each item/block minable with the current setup.
  - Percentages update correctly with Focus and Amplification Modifiers.
