Environment Books is a comprehensive magic and enchanting overhaul designed to bring new life and tactical depth to Minecraft's combat and utility systems. Tired of simple damage and protection boosts? This mod introduces a vast collection of unique and complex enchantments, each with custom visual effects, sounds, and powerful active abilities that will fundamentally change how you approach every encounter.

Prepare to unleash devastating area-of-effect abilities, control the battlefield with powerful crowd control, defend yourself with magical barriers, and gain utility that makes exploration more rewarding than ever.

Key Enchantments Include:

Active Abilities (Press 'R' by default):
- Domain: Unleash your ultimate power, paralyzing all mobs in a massive 10-block radius for 10 seconds, preventing all movement and teleportation.
- Protection Seal: Cast a magical barrier that stops all incoming projectiles 1.5 blocks away from you, holding them frozen in the air for a limited time.
- Overclock: Supercharge your sword for 10 seconds, granting a massive boost to attack speed, but be warned—it will overheat afterwards, rendering it unusable for 30 seconds.
- Sonar Pulse: While underwater, emit a sonic pulse from your helmet that reveals all nearby aquatic mobs with the Glowing effect.
- Earthquake: Strike the ground with your axe to send a devastating shockwave, damaging enemies and breaking blocks in its path.
Passive & On-Kill Effects:
- Kinetic Charger: Sprint and move to charge your blade, then unleash the stored energy on your next attack for massive bonus damage, tracked by a custom boss bar.
- War Cry: Upon killing an enemy while at half health or less, let out a sonic boom that forces nearby hostile mobs to flee in terror.
- Dimensional Rift: Killing an enemy has a chance to rip open a temporary portal on the ground that sucks in nearby mobs and items.
- Venomous: Apply a stacking venom that deals increasing damage over time and scrambles the AI of your foes, causing them to wander aimlessly.
- Life Leech: Siphon the life force from your enemies, healing yourself for a percentage of the damage you deal.
- Tesla Coil: Your blade crackles with electricity, giving each attack a chance to call down a lightning strike and disarm enemy players.
- Glowing: Your sword passively illuminates your surroundings and applies the Glowing effect to any enemy you strike.

How to Obtain: All enchantments are fully integrated into the survival experience. They can be found via the Enchanting Table, in Loot Chests, and through Villager Trading.
