Entity noise

Adds a noise level system where player movement affects entity AI behavior and speed.

The Entity's Noise adds a mechanic where your movement state determines your detection level. The louder you are, the more likely you are to affect the world around you:

Sneaking: Everything is normal; no one is running away, and monsters are chasing you as usual.

Movement: Walking or sprinting alerts nearby animals, forcing them to flee.

High Noise (Level 20): Running and jumping activate aggressive AI in monsters, forcing them to hunt you.
