Fixed

  • requiredTool / requiredEnchantment now only affect custom drops (custom item + dropCommand). breakCommand, canRegenerate, and brokenBlockReplace run whenever the rest of the row applies, even if the wrong tool is used — so replace/regenerate matches how the config is meant to work.

  • README generator updated to describe tool/enchant as custom-drop-only requirements (matches behavior above).
