Adds the enchantment AOE Miner

This enchantment increases the mining radius of pickaxe tools.

The max level for this enchantment is level 10

(The survival max when enchanting and combining is about level 3 [7x7 mining area])

Villagers could trade for this enchantment book, so level 10 is just barely possible on a diamond pickaxe.

This enchant is disabled when you are shifting, so you can use the pick in its default 1x1 mining mode still.

When swimming or flying this enchant will change its mining behavior to mine centered on the block you broke, normally it will only break the 1 block layer below and then the rest of the blocks will be broken above you.

This enchant is very useful in creative mode to clear off tops of mountains so its not just a survival only mod use.
