Big bug fix update & minor improvements
-darts werent consumable and helium darts wouldnt despawn past a certain height
-sprog disc fragments were removed
-fixed sprog disc not playing
-changed ender chest loot table to only drop 4 obsidian ( since the recipe now uses 4 obsidian and 4 malachite)
-changed end smithing template to adamantite smithing template
-endermen no longer bounce on ennegel
-fixed some advancement captilization
-added ringling noises by _humanoid
-removed frost aspect enchantment and curse of permafrost book
