Release Notes

1.0.1a is a building-workflow update for Enlighten Editor.

Added

• Magic Select in the F8 editor: right-click a block to select connected blocks of the same type, with a configurable diagonal-connection toggle.
• Box Select in the F8 editor: press the right mouse button for the first corner and release for the second.
• Multi-selection: append multiple magic or box selections.
• Selection actions:
  • R rotates 90° clockwise, Shift + R rotates 90° counter-clockwise;
  • M moves, C copies;
  • Enter confirms;
  • Delete clears every selection, Backspace removes the most recent one.
• Free rotation angle in the right panel for diagonal builds.
• Blueprint library:
  • save a selection as a blueprint;
  • load a blueprint and press Enter to place it;
  • paginate the list with the mouse wheel or page buttons;
  • delete individual blueprints.
• Copy/move now rotate the block states of stairs, slabs, doors, trapdoors, buttons and similar blocks.
• Mirroring is now view-relative:
  • front/back when looking horizontally;
  • up/down when looking up or down.

Improvements

• Blueprints now place on the top face of the targeted block instead of sinking into the ground.
• Magic selections draw the actual selected blocks instead of a misleading bounding box.
• Fast place / fast break are limited to creative mode.
• The Noise tool uses a new quantile-based distribution, so material ratios match the configured weights more closely.
• New standard and Pro icon designs.
