What's new
Enhanced Raid Dens 2.0.5
Changes since 2.0.4-2.
Mini Raids
- Added the independent Mini raid family, available without Cobblemon Alphas.
- Added 787 Mini variants across tiers 1–5 and 8, retaining their Alpha counterparts' species, forms and moves without Alpha-specific identity or effects. Tier 8 markers and rewards are preserved.
- Mini bosses spawn at 30–50% of their species' normal size. Size is chosen once per encounter, stored with its data and retained by the captured Pokémon.
- Mini bosses start each new attempt with +4 Speed and +4 Evasion by default. These battle-only stages can be lowered or cleared normally; late joiners receive the current raid state. Captured Pokémon do not retain these bonuses.
- Added configurable initial stages through
miniRaid.speedStagesandminiRaid.evasionStages, accepting values from 0 to 6. Changes apply to newly created encounters. - Added Mini support to automatic spawning, commands, random invocations, the Raid Designer and the new Mini Raid Invocation item.
- Added independent Mini category and tier filters, levels, capture rules, perfect IV rules, capacities, invocation settings and arena profiles. Missing Mini rules inherit Alpha settings through independent copies.
- Set the initial Mini automatic-spawn weight to 100. Built-in Mini pools do not include tiers 6 or 7.
- Retained the existing raid-boss PP protection for Mini encounters.
Mini Visuals and Interfaces
- Added a dedicated Mini emblem to the invocation item and beside the raid crystal's elemental icon.
- Added a persistent Mini badge to the Pokémon summary and PC preview.
- Added a subtle rotating blue/lilac halo around Mini raid bosses, visible before and during battle while the raid remains active. Captured Pokémon do not retain this effect.
- Synchronized Mini stages with the detailed battle information panel and corrected Evasion stage display.
- Added English/French names, help, suggestions and diagnostics.
- Mini Discord announcements use the existing raid destination and filters.
Raid Health Multipliers by Tier
Added
raidHealthMultiplierByTier: one configurable base HP multiplier for each tier 1–8, shared across all ordinary raid families, including native Cobblemon Raid Dens encounters. World Bosses are excluded. Each configured value replaces the native base multiplier, rather than multiplying it again. CRD's existing multiplayer health scaling is preserved.
The configuration is empty by default. Unconfigured tiers retain each boss's original CRD or datapack value; resetting an override restores that behavior.
Accepted multipliers are finite decimal numbers from 0.01 to 10000, inclusive.
Added administrator commands, available to OP level 2 and the server console:
/erd raid SetHealthMultiplier <tier> <multiplier>/erd raid ResetHealthMultiplier <tier>/erd raid ListHealthMultipliers
Added multiplier information to
/erd raid statusand/erd raid debug.Configuration changes and reloads are transactional: invalid settings or failed writes leave the active configuration unchanged.
Changes apply only when a new raid instance is created. Existing raid instances are not rescaled, and players joining them later do not reapply the override.
Discord World Boss Results
- Added the top 10 damage contributors to the existing World Boss end card, with each player's name and damage percentage.
- Percentages use the boss's maximum shared HP, matching the in-game ranking, and display two decimal places. Results are sorted by credited damage, highest first.
- Included results after victory, expiration, administrative removal or spot removal. No extra message is sent, and ordinary raid and World Boss spawn cards are unchanged.
- Retained disconnected players through saved contribution names. A boss with no positive contribution displays an explicit “No damage recorded” message.
- Used the existing French/English setting, World Boss destination and end-announcement filter. No additional configuration or Discord permissions are required.
- Kept silent encounters silent, escaped custom names without mentions, and froze the result before asynchronous submission. Gameplay, rewards and shared HP are unchanged.
Bundled SGUI
- Bundled SGUI 1.6.1+1.21.1 using Fabric's nested-JAR support.
- ERD no longer depends on another mod supplying this GUI library; no separate SGUI download is needed for ERD.
- Included attribution and license texts for the unmodified library. Its corresponding upstream source archive accompanies the release.
Ordinary Raid Recovery
- Moved recovery work out of chunk-load callbacks into a deduplicated, chunk-indexed queue with a limit of 8 entries per tick.
- Replaced blocking recovery chunk requests with immediate availability checks and deferred retries.
- Guarded crystal mutations against unavailable neighboring chunks, mismatched encounter identities and unfinished native Raid Dens lifecycle state.
- Preserved closed-encounter records to prevent stale saved crystals from being restored as active raids.
- Added the read-only administrator command
/erd storage recoveryfor queue and quarantine diagnostics.
Known Recovery Limitation
A pre-existing support check can still prevent a missing ordinary-raid crystal from being recreated on stone, even when the encounter remains recorded. This was reproduced in isolated Minecraft tests and is not fixed in this release.
The unavailable-chunk checks passed live testing on the preceding recovery candidate, but complete restoration and restart/crash recovery remain unvalidated. The HP-by-tier addition has not undergone live Minecraft validation. The Discord top 10 has offline tests but has not been delivered to a real Discord test channel during this preparation. This release must not be described as fully qualified for recovery after a crash.
Updating
Update both clients and the server. Mini introduces a registered item and client resources.
Existing required gameplay dependencies remain unchanged; SGUI is now supplied by ERD. Back up the world and ERD data before updating.
