World Boss Scoreboard Timer

• Added a remaining-time countdown above the nearby World Boss damage leaderboard, without removing any of its ten ranking positions.
• Displays for the nearest active World Boss within the existing 100-block range, including before any player has contributed damage.
• Displays MM:SS, switching to H:MM:SS for durations of one hour or longer.
• Refreshes every 20 server ticks and follows the encounter's remaining lifetime, including its saved remaining duration after restoration.
• Removes the countdown with the scoreboard when the encounter closes or the player leaves its range.
• Added French and English labels, with a French fallback for older clients.

World Boss Expiration On Discord

• Added an Estimated expiry field to World Boss appearance cards.
• Uses Discord's native relative timestamps, allowing Discord to update the displayed time without repeated messages or periodic edits from ERD.
• Calculates the estimate when the appearance event is created; time spent in the delivery queue does not extend it.
• Added a clearly marked, fictional 15-minute example to /erd discord test worldboss.

Discord expiration times are estimates: server lag or downtime can delay actual expiration. An early victory does not edit the original appearance card; the separate ending announcement reports the closure.
