🚀 Enhanced Flight

Are you tired of the stiff, boring vanilla flying animation? Enhanced Flight completely overhauls the way you traverse the skies in Minecraft! It replaces the standard, rigid hovering with epic, physics-based superhero flight animations.

Inspired by the incredible flight mechanics of Fisk's Superheroes.

✨ What is Supported?

This mod specifically targets and enhances Creative-style free flight. It works perfectly with:

• Vanilla Creative Flight.
• Potions of Flying (or any status effect that simulates Creative flight).
• Modded Armors & Items: Any custom armor or ring (like Angel Rings) that grants standard free flight, provided they don't force their own custom animations.
• Curios API Support: Automatically detects flight rings and baubles equipped in Curios slots.

⚙️ Advanced Configuration (NBT Upgrades)

Enhanced Flight is powered by a robust Server Config that automatically syncs to all clients. You have full control over how flight behaves in your world:

• Bind to Specific Armors: You can configure the mod so that specific flight animations only trigger when wearing certain armors (e.g., Mekanism MekaSuit).
• NBT Upgrade Detection: Does your modded armor only allow flight when a specific upgrade module is installed? You can configure the mod to activate flight animations only if the equipped armor possesses a specific NBT string (like pneumaticcraft:jetpack_upgrade or justdirethings:upgrade_flight).

⚠️ What is NOT Supported (Compatibility Notes)

Please note that this mod does not magically animate everything that flies.

• Custom Physics/Thrust: If a modded jetpack uses custom physics (e.g., holding spacebar to thrust upwards) instead of true Creative flight, this mod will not animate it.
• Pre-animated Items: If a modded armor or jetpack already has its own custom hardcoded flight animation, Enhanced Flight will not override it.
• Custom Renderers: If another mod uses a heavily modified custom player renderer, it may conflict with Enhanced Flight's animations.

🛠️ Modpack Usage

You are completely free to include Enhanced Flight in any modpack! The robust configuration file makes it extremely easy to adapt the flight animations to fit the specific tech or magic armors available in your pack.
