○ Removed the supposed fix by removing custom item names when Obscure Tooltips because this isn't fixing the problem (for the fix see next point)

○ Custom item names' color changed from format AARRGGBB to RRGGBB

○ Velocity now has its own tag #enhanced_enchanting:velocity_tag including minecraft:enchantable/distance and trident (velocity is now incompatible with loyalty because the trident was going up to the sky)
