Energy Tower

Features
- Energy Tower block: 10,000,000 FE internal buffer, unlimited input rate, standard FE (Forge Energy) compatible with most tech mods (Mekanism, etc.).
- Wireless power: transmits energy to all bound machines with no distance limit (same dimension).
- No self-generation: the tower must be charged by an external FE source.
- Energy Link Wrench tool: select source / bind & unbind machines / mass-bind adjacent machines / auto-bind placed machines / highlight bound devices.
- Auto-disconnect: links are removed automatically when a bound machine is destroyed (unique UUID identification, no stale links even if the same block is re-placed).
- GUI control panel: energy display, transfer rate (slider 1~32,000 / presets 100-1k-5k-10k-32k / custom input 1~400,000 FE/t), rate-limited or unlimited mode, clear-all-bindings with double confirmation.
- Persistence: bindings, rate, mode and energy cache are saved to NBT — survive world reloads.
- All logic runs server-side (anti-cheat); client only renders the GUI and highlights.

How to use
1. Craft the tower and the wrench.
2. Place the tower and charge it with any FE cable/generator.
3. Sneak + right-click the tower with the wrench to select it as the wireless source.
4. Sneak + right-click machines to bind them (one-to-many).
5. Right-click the tower to open the control panel and adjust rate/mode.

- 能量塔：储能 1000 万 FE，输入速度无上限，接收任意标准 FE 设备充电，然后向绑定机器无线供电（同维度无距离限制）。
- 能量链路扳手：选源 / 绑定 / 解绑 / 批量绑定 / 副手自动绑定 / 高亮显示；机器被拆自动断链（唯一 ID 识别）。
- 控制面板：储能显示、传输速率（滑块 1~32000 / 预设 100-1k-5k-10k-32k / 自定义输入 1~400000 FE/t）、速率限制 / 无上限模式、二次确认清除全部绑定。
- 全服务端逻辑防作弊；绑定与缓存持久化；无需前置模组，兼容 Mekanism 等 FE 科技模组。
