Energy Tools

Optimized some code!
Current Energy in energy capsule now updates as it is charged.
Players can now remove the energy capsule from the tunneler whenever they would like.

Players can now remove the Inventory Module from the tunneler whenever they would like

   -- NOTE - If you remove the inventory module from the tunneler, it will move the inventory contents to you.

                  - If you don't have inventory space, it will be dropped on the ground.

                  - You cannot put the items back into the tunneler's inventory after they have been removed - Balancing of tool

New Items and Blocks!

Teleporter Block - Teleports you at the expense of energy!  Duh...

Coordinate Cache - Tells the teleporter where to teleport you! -- Must be pointing at another teleporter and the other teleporter must be pointing back.

Teleporter Costs - 5k initially, 10 additional energy per block

Am now in beta stage.  I will still update the mod with new items and modules for blocks and whatnot.
