Fix'er-Eye'pper Update

Eyestalker
If you've ever wondered what'd happen to an Enderman if their Pearl got turned into an Eye before it was outside of their body... Now you know the answer. Packing bigger healthbars, statures, and the ability to inflict burning damage, these g'eyes do NOT mess around. Just don't look at them (like, any part of them) and you should be fine. Spawns in the Warped Forest, the End, and occassionally in overworld Sunflower Plains.

Direwolves
Now naturally despawning and far more problematic than before, where Direwolves won't attack you in broad daylight anymore unless provoked or approached, they WILL now start attacking your dear farm animal livestock if left alone with them for too long - Better clear em out before it's too late! When they die, they now drop Leather on death!

Dragonflies
Far more interestingly than before, Dragonflies can now pick you up and carry you into the sky, in addition to poisoning you along the way! Don't get grabbed if you want to live a happy and full life!

Ghouls
The icy biomes' resident evil now has the inherent power of Frost Walker! His very presence freezes the water around him... Better keep both eyes open upon his approach, lest one get spat in!

Changelog:

- Added Guardscloak to pair alongside the Guardsmask

- Added check to stop farm animals from being replaced by their EE variants upon world reloads
- Added new checks for neutral animals so they don't overpopulate the world

- Marine EE mobs are now marked as 'watercreature' types, meaning they now naturally spawn - Removed ocean mob replacement config options because of this

- Piecrabs are now neutral towards plays in the daytime
- Scorpions can no longer sting through shields
- Marauders can no longer break ice, because it was ineffectual
- Tarantulas now replace all zombies in Dripstone Caves by default in addition to Spiders

- Bulls, Boars and Rams can all be bred now
- Wolfsbane sounds are now mono instead of stereo, preventing them from playing at the same volume regardless of position relative to the Wolfsbane
- Fixed Cooked Crab Pie being incorrectly named
- Fixed Cinders shooting fireballs even after death
- Revised Gallant's attacks to hopefully feel more consistent when fighting - They now have particles to show where their sword swings are reaching, and also dash forward after guarding
- Added more entity_type tags to optimize the Mob Replacement procedure
- Added Brutish Garment to Piglin Loved tag

- Ladybugs and Zadybugs now sometimes drop Spider Eyes on death
- Flies and Dragonflies now sometimes drop string on death
- Reavers now sometimes drop leads
- Added missing Tarantula loot table
- Fixed Scorpions dropping Silverheads
- Fixed broken Gladilad loot table
- Renamed Huntsman's loot table so it should actually work now
