XP management, new wood type and potions

This mod add a new red type of wood, in the nether, used to make potion. Then, in the end, after the dragon battle, the player can find a new mob with op abilities and a new gem, that can also be used to make potions and XP gen that can store 30 Levels.

It is recommended to use JEI
