provides alternative powersource converting pneumaticraft oils/fuels into better power producers for EU/t and better heat generators for mekanism using burned liquids from pneumaticraft

Coal liquefaction to produce pneumaticraft crude oil is now  complete

vanilla coal chain into crude oil is now complete in addition

sandblaster multiblock and air compressor multiblock added

still working on an actual name

first pass on JEI integration is working so most processing chain recipes should now be visible
