And new fruit you can craft. Name this fruit is "Ender Meat'. This is not meat "Maybe". 
This fruit add 10 points of Saturation.
After you eat it you will get a one ender pearl.
And this mod you can run in versions 1.16.3, 1.16.4 and 1.16.5
