Ender stairs and slabs

Craft stairs/slabs with ender pearls for a working elevator. Stairs teleport you 6 blocks up when jumping; slabs send you 5 blocks down when shifting. To activate, power the blocks with redstone and hold an ender pearl in your main hand. enjoy!
