Make Ender pearls craftable while ensuring they cannot be crafted in the early game.

This is a very simple NeoForge mod that adds a crafting recipe for Ender Pearl.
In fact, the description for this mod was simply copied from my previous one.
As for the reason, I'll explain that later.
This mod was created with the help of DeepSeek AI; I really don't know Java syntax.
This mod only supports American English and Simplified Chinese. I might update it for balance reasons, but it's highly unlikely—mostly because I'm incredibly lazy!!!!!!!
(Not updating it doesn't mean I won't release Forge/Fabric ports—though I never will.)
You can now craft a "Rough End Stone Pearl" using End Stone and Phantom Membrane.
